On October 1, 2008, the Power Systems Business Group, which is the power business division of TDK Corporation, and Densei-Lambda K.K. established
a new company, “TDK-Lambda Corporation” by integrating organizations from both companies*.
Densei-Lambda K.K. has the technology and sales force making them the top standard power supply manufacturer in the market.
TDK Corporation is able to provide power supply devices made from various materials based on different techniques.
Together, this new company will be able to respond quickly and accurately to ever-changing market demands.
* Except for the division handling DC-DC converters for Electric Vehicles and divisions handling products related to plasma display power supply.
