Capacitor model for Cadence SPECCTRAQuest(TM)

(1) OUTLINE
  The capacitor model for Cadence SPECCTRAQuest(TM) is composed of three types of files (tdk_capacitors.dcl, *.txt, *.dml),
in which the name of latter files do vary depending on the TDK item.
  Adding-on these files into the software enables TDK capacitors to be specified through Power Integrity Tool
(within the software option).

(2) APPLICABLE CONDITION
  The data contained in this library assumes 25 degreeC, no DC bias and small signal operating conditions.
  Results may vary if different operating conditions are used.
